• Our policy is that items can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, at your discretion.
  
  (Refunds for goods returned at your discretion exclude Shipping Charges, and are subject to 15% handling charge, except where goods are defective. Defective goods will be replaced or refunded at our discretion).
